Shipping and Returns Policy

We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned to us in-store and in the same condition you purchased them in; unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, and perfume. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). All returns must be made within 30 days of the order being placed. Please return to Tate Faith & Co in proper packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please return it in-store for an in-store credit refund.

Exchanges

Due to our inventory changing quickly, we do not offer exchanges unless we have them on hand when you return your item.

Price Adjustments

We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary discounts. During this time please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.
